Richard Aitken (Seedsmen) Ltd. celebrate 50 years in business.

The company started selling goods to golf courses in and around the Glasgow and West of Scotland. Richard Aitken (Snr) who started the business often called to see his customers by bus, making sure they had whatever supplies they needed.

The business started in the centre of Glasgow in June 1963 and has moved few times since but still remains within the city.

Richard Aitken (Snr) was joined by his son Richard Aitken (Jnr) in 1967 who is the Managing Director today.

The business has rapidly grown over the years and spread its wings to other parts of the UK. The business however still retains its focus on putting the customer first and providing a service second to none.

Richard Aitken Managing Director said "We would like to thank all customers past and present who have made the past 50 years possible. We also look forward to serving you over the next 50 years with a range of quality products and services."
